Server Data and Log-Files
For technical reasons, data such as the following, which your internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider STRATO AG (so called server log files), is collected:

- operating system,
- websites that linked you to our site (referrer URL),
- websites that you visit,
- date and time of your visit,
- your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
As also IP numbers and hostnames are understood as personal information our Internet service provider STRATO AG anonymizes the IP address in a way, that only the domain name from where acces was done can be seen by us. This is completely sufficient for error analysis purposes.
Our provider stores error log files containing failed access to our website for 5 days. In order for being enabled to analyze the reason for the error, the IP numbers are stored as full address and not anonymized.
Log files of any kind are only used for problem and error analysis. During regular operation of our website, we do not download these files from the provider regularly. The files get deleted after a problem or error is solved.
